Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please email us at info@fallenfootwear.eu. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled.
Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, and include the correct address and email.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped.
Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AS IT MAY END UP THERE. IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT AT HOME, OR THE PACKAGEIS NOT PICKED UP ON TIME FROM THE COLLECTION POINT (IF IT WAS SENT TO ONE), AND IT IS RETURNED TO OUR COMPANY, WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE THE COST OF RESENDING THE PURCHASE.
Fallen’s warehouse hours are from 9 am - 4 pm EST Mon-Fri. All orders are shipped from our Malaga warehouse in Spain. Any order placed on Friday after 11am will be sent out on the following Monday.

Days are counted in working days. In some cases the delay may be longer due to issues beyond our control, since on certain dates or circumstances, carriers may not be able to meet the stipulated times.
IMPORTANT: Deliveries can be made to your home or to a collection point, depending on the proximity.
