Returns & Exchange
IMPORTANT:
In the case of countries outside the European Union, returns or exchanges are not accepted since Customs charges taxes and fees that were paid in a timely manner, and in some cases shipments are retained due to missing documentation.
If you still wish to return the purchased product, you must make sure to CLEARLY AND VISIBLY state that it is a RETURN whose cost is 1 euro.
If this requirement is not met, Customs will require payment of fees already paid, so the merchandise will not be received by Fallen.
Please, to avoid inconveniences, we ask you to make sure that the selected model and size are correct.
RETURN:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to get a Full refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in acceptable condition: unused, unwashed and in the Original packaging with all original labels attached.
Right of cancellation:
Keep in mind that while you have the products you are responsible for maintaining them Safe and in good condition.
If returns are made by change of opinion (right of cancellation), the full refund, discounting delivery costs of delivery if any.
You can opt for such right of cancellation without penalty and without providing any reason.
Once the Fallen Returns Department receives and inspects your return (usually within 72 hours after receipt), your refund will be processed and it will be automatically applied to your credit card or payment method you have made, Within 7 business days. Depending on your credit company, it may take 2 to 10 business days additional after the credit is applied to be posted to your account.
EXCHANGE:
If you want a different size or color, you can change the original item (s). As with the return, the items must be in acceptable condition: no use, Unwashed and in the original packaging with all original labels attached.
Once the Fallen Changes Department receives and inspects your return (generally within 72 hours after receipt), the shipment of the new product.
Only one change per initial product is allowed.
RETURN / CHANGE PROCESS:
In order to change or return a product, you must send an email to info@fallenfootwear.eu explaining the reason for the change or return. For Zone 1, the company will send a label that must be printed and pasted on the box wrapper (Please do not paste directly on the box). This wrapping can be a plastic or other box of paperboard. Then the box with the label will be taken to the Post Office or picked up by a carrier. For the other areas, the customer will choose the shipping method that suits him.
Note: In case you do not want to continue with the procedure described above, you are Free to choose the return method you prefer. Keep in mind that you will have to do charge of the cost of returning the products and assume the risk of loss or damage of Such products during the return process until we receive the products in question.

SERVICE PRICES:
The price of the exchange or return will depend on the Shipping Zone (See Shipping Areas in Shipping).
For zone 1, changes and returns will be free.
For the rest of the areas (except extra-community) shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
