COVID-19 SHIPPING STATEMENTThank you for shopping with us, we appreciate you and your business very much. During these ever-changing times our main goal is the safety of our employees, customers, family and friends. All of us here at Fallen Footwear are adhering to all regulations and guidelines from government authorities related to the containment of COVID-19 virus.
All estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed due to the COVID-19. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may also impact delivery time. Travel restrictions may affect shipments outbound to all areas, but we will always do our best to make sure your package arrives as soon as possible.
We are closely monitoring guidance by the World Health Organization and other public health organizations and taking proper health precautions where warranted. We are also encouraging our team members to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed.
We hope everyone stays safe and healthy out there and by sticking together like the family we are, we will come out of this better than we came into it. Thank you for your continued support!
PROCESSING:
Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please email us at info@fallenfootwear.eu or send a message to our icon in the icon in the right bottom of the home page immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled.
Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Fallen’s warehouse hours are from 9 am - 4 pm EST Mon-Fri. All orders are shipped from our Malaga warehouse in Spain. Any order placed on Friday after 11am will be sent out on the following Monday.
EU SHIPPING:
Free ground shipping in the European Community Ground shipping takes around 3-6 days to arrive after being picked up by UPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Worldwide shippings will be also send by UPS, the prices per country destination is separate by Zones . If you country dont appears in the list please write us to info@fallenfootwear.eu to get a quote.
Zone 1 2/3 days, Zone 2 3/6 days, Zone 3 and rest of the world 4/8 days. All working days.
We are not responsable for the Taxes your country may charge you.

Zone 3 5€ if your purchase is above 70€, and 18€ if it’s below.
U.K., England Scotland and Wales.
Zone 4 Free. If purchase above 180€, 20€ if it’s above 70€
